Without reservation, I would highly recommend Mr. Frank Alfano (licenced paralegal) as your defense against any traffic charge.  Over the years, he has earned the reputation of being “one of the best”.  The bottom line is that Mr. Alfano has saved me an incredible amount of money.  My true story follows….
Despite having over 30 years and 1 million kilometers of safe driving, (with no at fault accidents), my luck ran out in the fall of 2008.  You see, I was responsible for a rear end collision and deemed at fault.
Working in sales, it is imperative that I have a reliable vehicle.  Within a week, I was back on the road, driving a new small SUV.   At the same time, a buddy of mine purchased a nearly identical vehicle.  He paid $1,600 for insurance and thought it was too much.  As for me, most insurance companies wanted $6,000 to $7,000.  I was also told that if I was found guilty of careless driving, my insurance would increase by 50 to 100% bringing the total amount to over $10,000 per year.  Ultimately, an insurance broker, who was a friend of the family, found auto insurance for me at a rate of  $3,600 per year (for now at least).
Mr Frank Alfano fought hard for me.  He made three court appearances, met with prosecutors, and submitted several documents on my behalf.  He was always accessible, and I always knew where I stood.  In essence, we functioned as a team.
Now, with a clean driving record, my stress level has fallen dramatically.    Immediately, I used internet sites where dozens of financial institutions quote for your insurance business.  Clear of charges, I was able to obtain auto insurance at a rate of $2,300 per year.  I am also clear of the original $325 fine.
Through extensive research, I found that most people found guilty of Careless Driving involving an accident can expect to pay $30,000 or more over the next five years.  For an impaired charge, it’s even worse. --  A police officer on television said expect to pay over $50,000 by time you add up insurance, fines, and legal fees.  That’s why I would challenge every ticket, and use a licenced paralegal of the caliber of Mr. Frank Alfano.
